EMKOTECH, akıllı tahtaları ile İlkokul, Ortaokul ve Lise öğrencilerine özel yaratıcı fikirler yarışması
Yarışmanın Amacı:
Yarışma değerlendirme ölçütlerine uygun olarak akıllı tahta kullanarak yaratıcılıklarını kullanma.
Aşamalar:
(1) Tüm çalışmalar yarışmacılar tarafından www.emkotech.com internet sitesine yükleme yapılacaktır.
(2) Yarışma 3 Şubat 2023 saat 09.00 da başlayıp 14 Nisan 2023 saat 23.59 de sona erecektir.
(3) 17 – 18 Nisan 2023 tarihleri arasında jüri tarafından tasarımlar değerlendirilecek ve oylama yapılacaktır. Gelen tasarım başvuru sayısına göre bu sürenin uzatılma hakkı saklıdır.
(4) 23 Nisan 2023 tarihinde en yüksek puanı alan 3 tasarım internet sitesinden ve sosyal medyadan ilan edilecektir.
Katılım Şartları:
(1) Yarışmaya tüm ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise düzeyinde tüm öğrenciler katılabilir.
Not: Başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerin tüm kişisel bilgileri, söz konusu yarışma kapsam ve süresi ile sınırlı olarak yalnızca yarışmanın amacı doğrultusunda kullanılacaktır. Bu kişisel bilgiler, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında saklı tutulacaktır.
Verilecek Ödüller
Yarışmada birinci olan 1 kişiye Totem Tyrex E400, 23.8″ Monitör, Intel Core i5 (Gen10) bilgisayar. İkinci olan 1 kişiye Quadcopter Drone, üçüncü olan 1 kişiyede Lego City Police Boat verilecektir.
Ödül Töreni: Ödüle hak kazanan kişileri, www.emkotech.com internet sitesinden ve sosyal medya hesaplarımızdan duyurulacaktır. Ödülleri yarışmacıların belirtmiş olduğu kişisel bilgilerindeki adreslere gönderilecektir.

INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), this Clarification Text, Emko Egitim Teknolojileri A.Ş.(the “Company”) with the aim of enlightening the data owners regarding the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of employees, employee candidates, real persons working within the body of customers and suppliers.
Personal data, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698, employment of Company employees, implementation of recruitment processes and human resources procedures, contractual relations with suppliers and customers and transmission of request/offer forms, in order to ensure physical safety in the workplace; the execution of the relevant business processes, the execution of the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the Company and the execution of the related business processes, the planning and execution of the commercial and / or business strategies of the Company and the It is processed within the scope of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons concerned.

The company acts in accordance with the conditions in the legislation regarding the protection and processing of personal data and adopts the principles listed below in order to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution and relevant legislation;

8. Has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENMESİNE İLİŞKİN AYDINLATMA METNİ
İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) uyarınca, Emko Emaye Yazı Tahtaları Ve Eğitim Gereçleri A.Ş. (“Şirket”) tarafından çalışanlara, çalışan adaylarına, müşteri ve tedarikçiler bünyesinde görev alan gerçek kişilere ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin usul ve esaslara ilişkin olarak veri sahiplerinin aydınlatılması amacı ile hazırlanmıştır.
Kişisel veriler, 6698 Sayılı Kanun’un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde, Şirket çalışanlarının istihdamının sağlanması, işe alım süreçlerinin ve insan kaynakları prosedürlerinin uygulanabilmesi, tedarikçi ve müşterilerle sözleşmesel ilişkilerin ve talep/teklif formu iletiminin sağlanabilmesi, işyerinde fiziki güvenliğin sağlanabilmesi amacıyla; ilgili iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Şirket tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimleri tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Şirket’in ticari ve/veya iş stratejilerinin planlanması ve icrası ve Şirket’in ve Şirket’le iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan ilgili kişilerin hukuki, teknik ve ticari-iş güvenliğinin temini kapsamında işlenmektedir.
Kişisel veriler, her türlü sözlü, yazılı ya da elektronik ortamda, yukarıda yer verilen amaçlar doğrultusunda Şirket’in faaliyetleri çerçevesinde istihdam ve iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, Şirket’in sözleşme ve yasadan doğan mesuliyetlerini eksiksiz ve doğru bir şekilde yerine getirebilmesi amacıyla otomatik olan veya olmayan yollarla edinilir.
Şirket, kişisel verilerin korunması ve işlenmesiyle ilgili olarak mevzuatta yer verilen koşullara uygun hareket eder ve kişisel verilerin Anayasa’ya ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak işlenmesini sağlamak amacıyla aşağıda sıralanan ilkeleri benimser;
3. Kişisel verilerin belirli, açık ve meşru amaçlarla işlenmesi ve bu amaçlara bağlı kalınması,
4. Kişisel verilerin gerekenden ve yasal olarak izin verilenden daha uzun bir süre ile saklanmaması.
Şirketimiz tarafından işlenen kişisel veriler, Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde veri depolama ve e-mail hizmetlerinin alındığı yurtiçi/yurtdışı üçüncü kişi hizmet sağlayıcılarına aktarılabilmektedir.
Kanun’un 11. maddesi uyarınca veri sahipleri;
3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
4. Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
5. Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
6. Kanun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
7. İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
8. Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir.
Daha önce Emko’ya bildirilmiş bir email adresi varsa [email protected] adresinden email aracılığıyla, bildirilmiş bir email adresi yok ise Çakmaklı Mh. Hadımköy Yolu Cd. No:75 Büyükçekmece İstanbul adresinden posta aracılığıyla, kişisel verilerin işlenme esaslarına ilişkin her türlü bilgi talebinde bulunulabilir.

Award Ceremony: The winners of the award will be announced on the website www.emkotech.com and our social media accounts. The awards will be sent to the addresses in the personal information of the contestants.
